Items ordered and paid for will ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through USPS or DHL. After leaving our facility, USPS or DHL typically deliver in 5 – 7 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at team@advocanna.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery and a picture of damage is attached to your email.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances. Please send us an email at team@advocanna.com with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.

Please note that AdvoCANNA is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to AdvoCANNA.

We offer secure online ordering and processing. We only accept E-checks (electronic checks) at this time which require your routing and account number. If you have any questions about our payment processing, please email team@advocanna.com.

Sales tax is required on orders shipped within Florida at the local tax rate.
